(More customer reviews)Skillet is stainless steel and looks good enought to be used as a serving dish. Is not non-stick finish inside which we did not want since these surfaces don't last too long and have to have special care. All that is required is a little scrubbing on the cooking surface to keep it shiny. We're well satisfied.
