(More customer reviews)I was given "Courage" by very special people when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I received it immediately after surgery and had it throughout my recovery and radiation. It offers a very special message as you start a frightening process that you can conquer whatever is ahead. I find the texture of the statue very soothing and I sometimes just pick it up and hold it. My future looks wonderful, and each time I look at "Courage", I am so grateful. I'm going to give it to others who have a battle ahead of them.
