(More customer reviews)Everything about the clock is fine, except for one GLARING thing. All of the numbers are embossed onto the colored metal plating; however, one number is rotated 90 degrees and not matching the other 11 numbers. When I contacted the company to do an exchange one of their agents verified that ALL of the clocks made in this model were manufactured the same way. They couldn't offer an exchange and I was told they would charge me a 20% restocking fee if I wanted to return the item. I thought it was strange that a company (made in China, of course) would be fine with 100% of their clocks made with a manufacturing error!
