(More customer reviews)Every year I give my two boys a Christmas tree ornament that reflects an important or significant event in the preceding twelve months. This past year my mother died and I gave each of them one of these medallions and glued a picture of their Gran to the back (I cut the photograph in an oval shape to fit the ornament exactly). I explained that the angel is holding sprigs of rosemary, which is the herb for remembrance, and that the ornament will help keep their memory of their grandmother alive. The ornaments looked beautiful and the boys loved them. We will hang them on our tree next year, and keep my mother in our hearts.
